It works!

What works?  Anything done consistently over time is going to yield a result, desired or not. It takes 21-40 days to form a new habit.  Somewhat foreign agent re-introduced into my routine: exercise.  What's the result?  Clothes have more room, although the scale gives me the same number. 

What practice are you implementing?
