Hey! I am in the same situation. I am 5'8 and I weigh 185 pounds. I have tried to work out three times a week and I have not seen any results. I am shooting for 160 at least. I am going to have to make some drastic changes to my diet. The only fear I have is late night snacking and being tempted to eat socially.
